Proposal : Allow structures be be paced over/under a road if both sides are owned.

This allows for bridges & tunnels between buildings.

Bridges can be have height requirements's to allow flying cars to go underneath, maybe.

Haha.. what about the poor Bungy Jumpers?

✓ "Under" would not effect aesthetics. ✓ "Over" has real world use application, and can be kept "up to 'bridge building' code". ✓ I agree "Over" should NOT damage aesthetics, I am thinking there may be a happy balance. ✓ Maybe an "Over-bridge" would have to use:

  1. an approved bridge design, submitted to GitHub & approved [since it uses public roads] + would be locked-in (decentralized) unless/until the buildings owner removed the bridge or separated the building with different ether-addresses; and
  2. would also be required to be placed within min. & max height limits, to account for flying cars, traffic, and aesthetics.

I'd be happy for some rules to be put in place for this then do a multisig on the relevant road parcels. I believe building such structure would add to the congruency of the world. Especially if this is allowed at an early stage because it would inspire & enable early infrastructure like public transport/rail etc.
