Proposal - Central Plaza as a Green Park

In the midst of the city it should be (Mostly) free from commercial activity and totally green.

I suggest a green field of lawn lined with large Oaks or Elms. An area for families and friends to enjoy. Think : Ice-creams, frisbees, footballs and picnics.

I believe the original plan for the plaza's was to highlight interesting parcels created elsewhere in genesis city, effectively cloning them in to the plaza?

An alternative to using the plazas for parkland is to create green belt areas in the unbought areas of LAND that would then be turned in to non-profit natural park land https://github.com/decentraland/proposals/issues/156
