Don't you guys think that there will be more users then creators and thus teleportation to different terrains should be free and instant? Lets say I wanna play counter strike on one map/terrain and then go for adventures in skyrim terrain w/ my friends etc.?

In agreement for any 'public' land, if it exists (definitely in favour of some existing if there aren't plans for it already). Public land should contain public transportation of some kind, to make sure that the world can be navigated at least to some degree in a reasonable time.

That said, I'm not particularly fond of attaching any regulations on private LAND. For example - I'd quite like to script myself a portal that only I can use! Or maybe certain portions of my land would be closed off entirely from the public insofar as they cannot physically enter them - only see them.
