Tier 2 Proposal

Name: Content Ownership

Purpose: Ensure the Content ownership from being stoled

Description: I'm wondering how the contents will be protected, is possible to dump a tile content to another, just like a backup and restore? If yes how this will be protected from stole the contents of a tile?

An example: An artist that sells their 3d models in his own shop in a tile, what if anyone dump the tile content and actually will be robbed of his own goods? Also there is any content duplication policy programmed? What if i want to sell a content that can't be reproduced?

I think the right solution will probably be to allow copy/backup of the items/tiles just to the owner and let the possibility to create a copy of the item that can't be reproduced so it will be unique and good to sell

Owning digital assets would be like owning a piece of art in real life. Copies of famous pieces of art are indistinguishable to the original at first glance, only upon further inspection that we can find differences between the original and copy.

Instead of visual differences in the two items we would use a blockchain to verify ownership of assets.

Here is an article I found online that should hopefully help you out

When a client renders a 3d assets it already has a copy of the item. If it doesn't have a copy, it can't render it.

What's needed is a technical mechanism (perhaps something like a copyright office on a blockchain) that establishes the original author of an asset, even if (small) modifications have been made to it.

We can't prevent copies (whether they are authorized or not) but we can perhaps make it clear whether a copy is licensed or not by the original content creator.
