A program that allows owners to make their property vulnerable to the publics graffiti art.

A common interesting feature of urban environments is illegal folk art called graffiti. Graffiti has been documented in practically all cultures since the ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans.

Spray paint has many negative environmental effects. The paint contains toxic chemicals, and the can uses chlorofluorocarbons or volatile hydrocarbon gases to spray the paint unto a surface. All these negative environmental effects simply do not exist in Decentralands virtual world.

In most countries, marking or painting property without the property owner's permission is considered defacement and vandalism, which is a punishable crime. In Decentraland Land tile owners can choose to allow graffiti to occur on the Land they own by integrating the option. This prevents the criminal nature and allows instant digital clean up on part of the Land owners if they dont like the particular grafitti done on their property.

Many people would enjoy the free creative expression by artists who are normally pushed to the margins of society and having this option available will make the world a more interesting dynamic place.
