Allow users to compete in sports like soccer or baseball. Create a team forming system and a leader board to see top teams and players. Teams can compete in competitions for mana and fame. Boxing or martial arts matches would be interesting. Can include a betting system for people to bet mana on teams and individuals. Allow bystanders to view the matches.

Set aside public land for sport fields and use models or have users create custom uniforms for teams.
