Design "Genesis" off multiple landscaped areas with a select few close starting points to buy.

Purpose: Give greater attractiveness and quick adoption and avoiding delayed purchases of land on start

Description: For the starter "Genesis" city, I think it would be smart to model it after a city like Los Angeles or something with multiple starting points to buy from that are still close so that you can keep initial growth in the small area and land value stable while offering options on where to live and in what environments.

For example looking over LA you see ocean front property, mountains, desert, valley and flat land all very close by which gives people an option to buy near an area they like while also forcing them to buy soon or someone else buys the land they want. Hawaii also has a great example of this. hi la dots

If it's all flat desert with little geographic terrain or only starting with only one point then people might wait to buy because they don't want to be in the crowded city area or want to buy near a feature that is not open to buy yet.

Placing the starting points close to each other will create a better spread I feel like with better overall options to choose from at the start with land

The land value is based on demand and scarcity. Both of which I believe are addressed and boosted being near landscape features and will not be hurt with multiple starting points. The growth will fill in from the main starting points and as long as you keep the points and useable land limited enough prices will be stable and grow over time.
