Purpose: To provide LAND owners within a given region of Decentraland the ability to self-govern and promote their region
Description: As Decentraland grows there will be an interest in and need for land owners within a given region to be able to coordinate on a broad variety of issues and opportunities, including:
Opportunities to promote visitors to come to explore the offerings of the region, such as promotional events, contests, out-of-world traffic drivers, etc.
Discussing and resolving regional issues and disputes
Coordinating and cooperating with other regional chambers of commerce
Coordinating as a larger group with the Decentraland DAO
Providing networking opportunities to allow land owners to work on projects together, drive traffic to one another, etc.
Such Chambers of Commerce could be managed as Aragon-based DAOs with membership limited to those LAND owners within the specified region (with the inclusion algorithm being defined by the CoC DAO).
