4) Go near box and click on it
5) Run along with the box

7) Reset scene
8) Click on the box and do nothing. Observe again ugly translation.

This makes me think there something fundamentally wrong in how engine synchronizes/handles moving parts in scene, especially when camera is also in motion.
Setup:
Windows 11, Browser Chrome (up-to-date), i7 12 gen CPU, GPU RTX 3060.
Development run with dcl start. Fast internet connection.
Settings Ultra default. But also tried with other settings and it's same.
