SEV-4 | Minor issue

Users are not able to mute the sounds/volume on the desktop app, see below video on Win 11

Jump into -98, 35. (same issue at 138, -82)
Go to Settings > Audio
Set the slider to 0 under Master volume and Music volume. Notice that the music can still be heard.

Same can be reproduced at -69, 69, and -61, 59. Both Web and Desktop

Yes, this is fixed and released in prod
