[QA] Textures do not appear as clear as in the old client

Explorer Alpha build versions:

0.38.0

Issue Description:

When going to darulmawa using the teleport , inside the building you will be able to see some posters on the wall. If you get near them , you won't be able to read them as in the old client was available.

STR:

1. Open 0.38.0
2. Go to darulmawa using the teleport
3. Enter to the school
4. Check that the posters are not readable

Expected behavior:

Textures should be visible properly on the new client

Current behavior:
