[QA] Incorrect stream video for a split second after teleporting from the Dollhouse #2603

Explorer Alpha build versions:

0.39.0

Issue Description:

When the user is on Dollhouse and then it teleports to genesis plaza it will suddenly switch for an instant second the stream video of the cafe place

STR:

  1. Open 0.39.0
  2. Go to the dollhouse
  3. Return to GP and go to the cafe
  4. Validate that after teleporting from one place to another , the stream switches for an instant into the other place's stream

Expected behavior:

The stream video should not switch after teleporting from one place to another

Current behavior:

When the user is on Dollhouse and then it teleports to genesis plaza it will suddenly switch for an instant second the stream video of the cafe place
