Missing lights from the stage - DLCMF #2874

The lights and some details do not load on the DCLMF stage for some users

For all assets and details including lights/video to be visible

I was able to reproduce this issue but only when loading the stage for the first time during the music festival on both platforms. It was not something consistent on my end and did not have repro steps on my end.
