[QA] Wearables are not rendering propperly or not being shown

Explorer Alpha build version:

0.3.160-main-251ca6c

Issue Description:

There are some wearables that don't seem to be rendering as they should, and some others that are not being show on the avatar even though they are equipped on the backpack.

Steps to reproduce:

It's necessary to have one of said wearables to check the issue.

Reproduction rate:

[ ] 50%
[ ] < = 75%

we believe this might be related to https://github.com/decentraland/unity-explorer/issues/506 , so we'll retest after that issue is fixed.
