Random users are rendered as naked #1422

People appear naked randomly, this was seen during the metaverse festival with lots of people and also can be seen in Wonder Mine or in the casinos, where it was reported by DG.

Apparently the affected users are rendered as naked from the moment they log in. They themselves DO see their wearables correctly, only the other players perceive them as naked.

This happened at least with the "Rank 1 wearable Top Suit" from DG.
