Spike: Render skybox and infinite floor in a render feature

Evaluate if it's possible to render the Skybox and the Infinite Floor in a special pass in the render pipeline.

This would allow us to remove the skybox camera while avoiding the annoying clipping issues.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Skybox and Infinite floor are rendered in the world camera in a special scriptable render pass.
