Pending Friend Requests Notification

In order to improve the number of friend requests resolution, we will have a new notification that will appear at the beginning of each session in the notifications are.

You have X pending friend requests. Check them out!

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] If a player has a pending friend request, a new notification will appear in the notification area at the beginning of the session
• [ ] If the player clicks on the notification, it will open the requests section of the friends panel
• [ ] Optional: avoid this notification to be prompted in the next 24 hours.

Design Is the same than a regular friend notification but with different copy and functionality.
