Add extra confirmation to "genesis plaza button" in Worlds

Implement a warning message to prevent accidental clicks on the "to genesis plaza" button in order to prevent new players from being immediately taken out of the game world.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] When the "to genesis plaza" button is clicked, a warning message should be displayed that clearly communicates the consequences of clicking the button.
• [ ] Clicking the "Cancel" button in the warning message should keep the user in the game world.
• [ ] Clicking the "OK" button in the warning message should take the user to the Genesis Plaza.

Proposal

Consider reusing the current "teleport prompt" UI/UX design and asset with minimal or no changes. The current design was updated and released recently, it looks like this: More detail: Teleport prompt update#4452

Open questions

Do we want to add a "Do not show again" checkbox? It is unclear users need it since this action is not done incredibly often and a misclick on that button costs many seconds of loading times. This is out of the scope of this first iteration.

If the intention to react quickly is to re-use the same pop up when teleporting to the Genesis Plaza, can we replace the text in the call to action for Jump to Genesis City instead of go to to genesis city?
