When hiding & unhiding UI cursor does not reappear #5353

Description:

If you press U to hide your UI then press U to make it reappear, the circle cursor will not reappear unless you click on someone / something, or un-attach your mouse from Decentraland by right clicking then reattach it

Issue present on prod on all platforms. Already known and has its ticket in the core stream's board at #4847.
