Per discussion w. telegramsam, this repo is deprecated in favor of the new v2 based repo.

We should figure out what the appropriate way to handle this before merging.

Two options worth considering...

  1. Modify this repository to be a TS reference implementation of DIDCommV2
  2. Archive this repository and merge this PR

This repository has normally been listed as a part of the DID Auth WG where for option 2 we just did the same thing with the did-auth-jose repo.

If we opt for option 1, we should find owners willing to maintain this work in the DIDComm WG and then move have this repository managed by that WG instead. @TelegramSam if we've got time tomorrow can we discuss this on the agenda this week or next?
