Add examples that use traceability context #18

We need an example that uses the trace context, ideally a common credential with some complexity.

I think this should wait until the Traceability Context is fixed/stabilized, i.e. this issue is resolved: https://github.com/w3c-ccg/traceability-vocab/issues/270 Until then, it is likely to change and cause breakage, as in https://github.com/w3c-ccg/vc-api-test-suite/issues/16, unless a specific version can be pinned.
