Updates:

Removes the new line after every procedure step (couldn’t find another cfrg draft that does that).
Removes the hash and xof from the parameters section.
Defines the inputted messages as a list of scalars than a list of octet-strings.

Opening this to discuss on the next call. However, it is blocked by #186 and #190. Those should be merged first. Will rebase this after that.
