Data Vault Registry: is there a need to have a way to locate on which sever instance a particular data vault is mounted? #196

Data Vault Registry: is there a need to have a way to locate on which sever instance a particular data vault is mounted?

I don't see a reference in the Spec to any form of data vault location services?

Isn't a directory just another resource server?

@agropper It could be. ...or possibly DID resolution server.

At this point, I'm trying to establish the need/requirement for this as a generic capacity.

Where is "resource server" defined? I don't remember seeing mention of one in the Spec.
