Update README and Archive (reflect EDV and DWN specs) ? #235

@DRK3 - would it make sense to update the README of this older iteration of the spec to point to EDV and mentioned DWN (Identity Hubs) as a stand alone spec. Then we could archive this to avoid confusion ?

Happy to submit a PR on the README if you agree with this course of action.
