Merge EDV and Identity Hubs into one document #33

Identity Hubs is in the appendix and EDV is the main body of the spec.

I updated the spec status to 'unofficial' so respec doesn't display W3C REC track stuff that isn't applicable, and put a paragraph in status of the document saying:

This specification is a joint work item of the W3C Credentials Community Group and the Decentralized Identity Foundation.

This specification is a combination of and iteration on work done by both of these groups. Input documents, or parts thereof, which have not yet been integrated into the specification may be found in the appendices.

Note, there is one respec error due to a missing entry from the terminology; this error also exists in the original EDV spec.

@rhiaro wow! this is awesome work!

I'm in favor of taking these changes, since this is mostly structural, and this change set is so large, I expect we will not see a lot of commentary on it.

Yes, merging now. Just want to note, per the confirmation on the last call, that we will be treating the sections/text within this merge document as purely informative ideas, with an intent to construct converged ideas that may modify them in part or whole.
