Errant `applicant` property in Credential Application and Credential Fulfillment examples? #147

There is an undocumented applicant property appearing in the examples (and schemas) for both Credential Application and Credential Fulfillment. See the following and the JSON schemas.

Credential Application, simple ex 1
Credential Response, fulfillment ex 1

I'm assuming these just need to be deleted?

it seems spec-text was PR'd in December of last year but got overwritten somehow in a conflict-merge or something?
