Interesting work here, one of the members at blockcore @sondreB has also made a dotnet DID spec , and implementation in the BlockCore repo (https://github.com/block-core) would be interesting if some of you guys joined the blockcore discord Join Blockcore Discord for some more detailed discussion about both implementation.
