crates versions updates: bs58 sha2 hkdf libsecp256k1
added generic-array as direct dependency to fix issues with version difference coming from bbs crate;
minor version bumped to 0.0.13

@tmarkovski can You please look into this? Can't publish my crates updates because of local dependency... I'm with Jolocom and, as member, we can contribute to DIF if that's a concern =)
