Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's hard to find out if a method is already implemented and where to find it. I'm currently searching for a did:key 'resolver' which would be easily implemented by myself, but why if it already exists.

Describe the solution you'd like Maintain (Self/PR) a list of proposed method implementations in this repository with a reference.
