feat: recipient_key -> recipient_did #67

This PR replaces references to recipient_key with references to recipient_did.

@rodolfomiranda You did the original publishing. Do these changes make sense to you, given the shift from keys to dids in the message envelope addressing?

It's OK for me. That discussion was started back here by @TimoGlastra and is totally aligned I think
