Add User Profile protocol #85

A simple protocol for exchanging user profile information between parties.

Demonstrated some time ago as part of "DIDComm Advanced Chat" in an Aries WG call and currently implemented as an extension module for Aries Framework JavaScript (currently only for DIDComm v1).
