align revocation details between Requirements Overview and Revocation #9

This line needs to be updated to include URLs as well. See Revocation section for more details.

For Revocation of VCs, Status List 2021 as defined in [Status List 2021](https://identity.foundation/jwt-vc-presentation-profile/#term:status-list-2021) MUST be used in combination with [ID Hubs](https://identity.foundation/jwt-vc-presentation-profile/#term:id-hubs) as defined in ID Hubs.
