The abstract is terrific. Is there a word missing here, "It also clarifies mandatory to implement features for the optionalities mentioned in the referenced specifications." What is mandatory? Are the implementation features mandatory? Or is there a word missing after mandatory? Thank you.

I think what is meant is "in places where the referenced specification says "optional", this interop profile will mandate one of the options for the sake of interoperability, and if the implementers want to be compliant with this profile, they need to follow those requirements.
