Abstract: Limit the scope of the spec to the retrieval of the VP #1

When reading the abstract, I noticed that the spec could also specify additional functionality beyond the retrieval of the VP, e.g. how to put the document at the referenced place. Since many storage backends could be referenced via a URI that have very different ways to "upload" a document, the scope of this spec should be limited to the retrieval of the VP.

"Retrieval" is actually not part of the spec either since different protocols could be used to reference VPs. However, this should be elaborated on further down in the spec.
