/lib/bitcoin/setup.sh is generating a config that is out of date.

e.g. Missing valueTimeLockAmountInBitcoins, so when bitcoin service starts using this config you get:

Error: lock_monitor_desired_lock_amount_is_not_whole_number: NaN
