@bumblefudge why does this require these specific deps? Is it because Spec-Up requires Node 14+?

You're right, these specific deps aren't required; it works fine with newer versions on my machine, but I was just replicating a conversation on DIF Slack about a bug I myself never replicated. Moved it to a trouble-shooting section so that as not to be mistaken for a mandatory step.
