Add Example of Expression of Multiple Schemas for Multiple Entities #19

E.g. a number of DIDs (did:example:1, did:example:2) but different schemas apply to each (e.g. did:example:1 has schema A, did:example:2 has schema B).

Can be done with a generic top-level topic that includes multiple schemas as options in the body for each entry.
