Remove did:work references #353

Removing did:work references here as this DID method is being sunset & has no plans for continued support in the future.

This PR is step 1 of a 3-step decommissioning process for did:work:

  1. Remove did:work references from universal-resolver repo
  2. Archive uni-resolver-did-work-driver repo
  3. Remove did:work driver from DockerHub
