Consider dropping did-use-cases #39

did-use-cases may add little to the value of the map. It has no incoming connections. This is not unexpected based on its intended content. This should be consider to be removed from the map.

dropping did-use-cases also allows dropping did-auth as did-use-cases was the only element connecting with did-auth

issue was released with did-use-cases removed in v1.4.3
