Update Aries vs W3C-CCG did-resolution overlaps #5

update diagram for the new understanding of the Aries did-resolution and the W3C-CCG did-resolution specs.

Think of the Aries spec as a precursor to the W3C-CCG versions. This does not change the fact that at least one spec referenced by the w3c did-resolution document in turn references the aries version. These are not dependency relationships though it was a reference citing an example in a note of the W3C version at the time of the diagram creation.

i.e. w3c did-resolution --references--> w3c did-peer --references--> Aries did-resolution

This may involve also putting in an issue to have the w3c did-peer document updated if possible to point to it's sibling w3c did-resolution instead of the Aries version.

As of issue #46 did-method-* elements were changed to non-core. This means they became leaf nodes of the map. This caused the removal of the aries related entries on the map. This is now a moot issue and will be closed.
