Support BLS Key(s) within Veramo Key Manager #605

As a user of Veramo I would like to create and use BLS Keys in order to create and verify Signatures.

Acceptance Criteria

Support BLS Keys within the Veramo's Key Manager
Be able to resolve BLS Public Keys within the following did methods: -- did:web -- did:key
