Static images for the swimlanes isn't great, and having inline diagrams with mermaid is better. Some casing and field names need to be adjusted

Use mermaid for inline diagrams
Change tokenUrl to challengeTokenUrl to be more specific
Change presentationDefinition to presentation_definition to match the Pres Exchange spec
