Display values should consider numeric type information #11

note https://github.com/decentralized-identity/credential-manifest/pull/43/files provides string type formats for values. numeric type formats should also be consider. this includes but is not limited to

We could take inspiration from this https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/Intl/NumberFormat/NumberFormat it seems to have support for most of these items
