Allow a "category" attribute #27

Maybe it is in the specs but i have not seen it. VCs are displayed in groups as " Identity cards", "loyalty cards", "professional.", etc. It would be great to specify in the output descriptors where the wallet should display the credential.

I propose to add "category" as an optional property of the entity style object considering that it is only a visual option (user could rearrange "cards" in his own custom categories like in a personal finance app) value must be a string. Not sure to find the correct way to make it interoperable but there is a list of domains -> https://www.w3.org/TR/vc-use-cases/#user-needs it could be a guide line for wallet providers/issuers : Education, Retail, Finance... WR v1 would be great.

29 would arbitrarily allow various fields, such as category to be accommodated.
