Visuals for Decentralized Culture Room: Labels / Signposts / Decals

We should create some labels / signs / stickers etc to help hackers understand and engage with the Decentralized Culture Room.

Some initial proposals:

• Welcome

  • "Decentralized Culture Room" - big, perhaps freestanding, to be placed at the entrance
  • Concept - as written by Stina.

• Signs for each of the rooms:

  • "Music Room"
  • "Fine Art Room"
  • "Freedom Room"
  • "Nature Room"
  • "Movement Room"

• Explanations

  • Give some idea of what is happening in each room / each scheduled event, if necessary.
  • Decals to be put onto windows to give the general sense of what is happening (e.g. Freedom Room)

• Schedules

  • Music Room - showing who will be playing, and when.
  • Movement Room - showing what workshops will happens and when.

• Signposts / Advertising

  • Signs around the venue to help people get to the Decentralized Culture Room
  • Something to raise awareness that this room even exists
  • Proposal: print a load of white rabbits, facing left and right, and tell people to follow the white rabbit

How do we get these designed to ETHBerlin brand guidelines, and then how can we get them printed?

Factory_hackathon_floorplans_3108.pdf The culture room is marked on the main map, every main map is an A0 poster and here are two per floor. We aim on word of mouth, since the culture room is in betweek two hacker spaces. People should come naturally after the first hackers are confronted unknowingly with it. Plus, it's no secret, its in the maps.

Roll up for culture, including a bit of the text from the concept, and the sponsors logo, this is gonna go outside of the room. We are bulk-.ordering event roll-ups so we cannot do another format especially for culture in such short notice, sorry.
