Singular DTV is the possible sponsor. We aim to have it cover the culture room as they would like to create community in Berlin around arts

WIP with Stina, we will have it ready tomorrow but we may need to search for another sponsor.

SDTV is not getting into the Berlin scene. Budget will be allocated from general budget.
