Please meet OLMO, he's an amazing composer from Berlin, touring musician and session man for alice phoebe lou.

He's part of many cross genre-collectives. As a personal suggestion before I leave Berlin for some months, I think it would be Highly beneficial to the ETHberlin to have him involved in the music offer for the cultural agenda of the Hackathon in some form.

We started with him something called "music for coding ./artistsname"

We just finished a very beautiful livestream performance of him on Livepeer TV. It's published but unlisted here: [LINK HIDDEN PUBLICLY] (maybe it's still uploading, it's quite fresh).

And he's set up with some Ethereum, and some LPT, and is interested in getting involved in ETHBerlin.

Apparently he's also got some other online reference that justifies his existence as an artist in this world... @Fran, please would you share this with the group?

I have connected him with Victoria on email. I would like him to be involved playing music.

It's probably best if fees are determined as part of the overall budget for the room.

I contacted Fran and I can fee him from the budget for the music room. I have one more question @mariapaulafn - you said the building on Friday is open from 23? So no music program on Friday? Also, the acoustic treatment gonna be around 130 Euros max. It would be great if we can pay that from a different budget (not from the 1500 budget for the artist), that way I could be able to provide either more artist, or get Nicholas (that Chris asked for). Nicholas asked for more then I can offer right now.

@chrishobcroft @mariapaulafn My idea was to have a DJ set on Friday night, it easy and at least something is already happening when people arrive to the factory. But we can also have DJ set between the performances on Saturday, or after the main show which start at 8PM, so like around 9.30/10 to midnight. Let me know what u think about it. Im almost done with the program, just waiting for few more confirmations.

Hi @victoriapriester no music program on Friday. The building opens at 23 correct. Please check latest issue, Factory needs GEMA permissions in place, and a DJ set if not with original music will not be contemplated in budget.
