Added LNR2 book and monsters Ice Cat and Askhalite per #211.

Thanks again for this. Do you run the script /scripts/copy_monster_data.js ? That scripts automates the copying of the harvested data to the frontend data. It also automatically calculates the statistics file. Also pay no mind to the long list of titles that don't appear in the main title list, most of those monsters do appear somewhere, the names are just messy.

Also, in a monster html file only the first paragraph in each section should be class="f". So the first description paragraph and the paragraphs with bold beginnings like Combat and Habitat/Ecology. This is required to correctly format the monsters in the Print page so the paragraphs indent nicely.

I should create a better style guide for the HTML source files that specifies this, it wasn't obvious.
