Bug fixing for MVP #59

This is a (Bug Report / Feature Proposal)

:tophat: Description

The following issues have been found and need to be fixed:

Debates do not accept comments: Caused because the query that retrieves the administrators for a consultation do not exists.
Sharing by link do not works: The meta tags are displaced.
