Change icon for survey component #175

This is a Feature Proposal

Users demand we change the icon for the Survey component because we currently use the Information icon (the same we use for Pages). Since we use the useiconic icon set set for Decidim I think the icon clipboard can be well identified with a survey:

@decidim/lot-px anything to add?

As stated in https://github.com/decidim/decidim/issues/2390, the surveys icon that appears in the design showcase is already similar to the one @xabier suggests. I've stated how to update in the the related issue.

Note that the component icons do not use iconic icons, and were design directly for Decidim:
